Monday, 12th July On the way to the Lake Tahoe drove Philipp and I once more thru the Yosemite NP and once more marvelled at at the miraculous highland levels at approx. 2700-m height. Actually, we would have wanted to stay even longer in the Lake Tenaya, but the Lake Tahoe waited in 6 hours of distance for us.
Unfortunately, we had to find out that we had rather stayed longer at the Lake Tenaya, than to visit Lake Tahoe.
So if you should get to the situation that you stand in the Lake Tenaya and go to the Lake Tahoe - stays so long you are able to in the Lake Tenaya!
