Eleven Israeli athletes are murdered during the Olympic Games in Munich. Eight Palestinian terrorists of the «Black September Movement» enter the Olympic Village and gain control of the Israeli athletes. They demand the release of two hundred terrorists from an Israeli custody. Germany negotiates and flies the hostage-takers and the athletes in three helicopters to the armed forces airport Furstenfeldbruck, where they shall be further transported to an Arabian state. The German plan intended to free the hostages before entering the airplane. A failure is the German rescue operation, the terrorists manage to blow up the airplane. The Israeli delegation leaves the games which start after a day again. A German airplane is hijacked at the end of October to extort the release of three terrorists who had been arrested in Fürstenfeldbruck from Germany. Germany gives way.
