The word, for the participation of the other in the "competition", under the condition not to win this, is not inclusion, but hypocrisy.
Who awaits inclusion from the other, even required, must accept, that the other can be better, than himself.

Inclusion
describes the equivalence of an individual, without, besides, normality is presupposed. The variety, the available being of differences is normal rather. The single person is not made any more not fulfil accessible norms, rather it is the society which creates structures in which persons with peculiarities introduce themselves and on which to them own kind of valuable achievements can produce.
