.07 July 11th: a serious earthquake shakes Palestine.
.10 Palestine didn't have a currency of its own for centuries. This changes with the manifesto of the High Commissioner Lord Plumer which introduces the first currency owned by the Land: pound and mil. On October 30th the banks closed for two days. At her reopening the Egyptian currency is replaced by the Palestinian.
.12 Incidents at the citurs harvest in December: Persons looking for employment protest Jews in Petach Tikwah against the occupation of Arab workers.
