The AMJ – Arteplage Mobile du Jura – is a modern pirate ship on the three lakes which creates a critical and surprising counterpoint to the themes of expo.02.

True to its motto of «Meaning and Motion» the Arteplage Mobile du Jura exploits the power of intellectual piracy in its search for meaning in the whole. The Arteplage Mobile du Jura is a mobile space for action and agitation which, as the fifth arteplage, will become the direct medium for comment and criticism – an innovation in the history of Swiss national exhibitions.
